This advanced Motivational Interviewing (MI) training is designed for Assessment Center leaders, managers, and supervisors seeking to strengthen their ability to apply MI principles within leadership, supervision, and staff development conversations.

Building on foundational MI concepts, participants will deepen their understanding of the Spirit of MI and the Four Processes of Motivational Interviewing while exploring strategies to enhance employee engagement, support professional growth, navigate resistance, and foster collaborative problem solving within teams. The session will also focus on applying O.A.R.S. communication skills in coaching and supervisory settings, responding effectively to difficult conversations, and reinforcing strengths-based approaches across organizations.

Through leadership-focused scenarios, discussion, and skill practice, participants will leave with practical tools to strengthen communication, coaching effectiveness, and team engagement.
