Critical Components for Planning and Developing an Assessment Center

This webinar will detail the critical components and planning processes for communities to consider when planning to utilize the Assessment Center Framework to divert youth from system involvement.  Attendees will learn of the diverse set of stakeholders necessary for a successful, inclusive planning and implementation process.  Presenter(s) will provide examples of various data indicators and stakeholder perspectives crucial to inform an Assessment Center's target population.  Examples of community efforts, barriers to implementation, and successes will be highlighted throughout the webinar.  Attendees will be provided with strategies to engage stakeholders in successful planning of an Assessment Center and ways the National Assessment Center Association can serve as a support to community efforts.    

This training is not an Assessment Center 101.  Attendees should have some understanding of the Assessment Center Framework.
