Call for Trainers
The National Assessment Center Association (NAC) welcomes resumes from trainers whose work aligns with Assessment Centers, prevention, diversion, and early intervention. We partner with trainers to deliver research-informed, practice-ready learning for NAC members and communities.
Who Should Apply
- Practitioners and facilitators with experience in youth-serving systems, community-based services, or cross-system collaboration
- Subject-matter experts in prevention, diversion, and early intervention strategies
- Trainers experienced with adult learning, coaching, and skills-based practice
Priority Topic Areas
- Assessment Center Framework & core components
- Screening & assessment systems; tool implementation
- Referral pathways & service coordination
- Family and youth engagement
- Motivational Interviewing (all levels)
- De-escalation & conflict resolution
- Trauma-informed, healing-centered practice
- Equity-centered CQI & data use (e.g., ACORN)
What to Submit
- Resume/CV (PDF preferred)
- Short bio (100–150 words)
- Training overview: topic(s), learning objectives, ideal audience, and delivery format (virtual/in-person/hybrid)
- Experience highlights: relevant projects, cohorts, or prior engagements
- Availability: typical lead time and preferred months
- Optional: sample agenda, slide preview, or links to prior sessions

- NAC reviews submissions on a rolling basis aligned to member needs and event calendar
- Selected trainers may be invited for a brief conversation and content alignment check
- Training materials should be evidence-informed and practice-ready
- We prioritize actionable learning (clear objectives, activities, and take-away tools)
