The National Assessment Center Association (NAC) will be hosting a webinar introduction to interested staff and leadership on T-Care: the TARGET-based approach to trauma-informed care. Trauma Affect Regulation: Guide for Education and Therapy (TARGET) is a strengths-based, present-centered, evidence-based intervention designed to prevent and treat traumatic stress disorders. This webinar will introduce the T-Care skills, supporting staff in working more effectively with youth and families while also increasing their resilience and capacity to navigate workplace stress. During this interactive workshop, participants will be provided real-life examples of implementation and use.

This overview will include information on forthcoming opportunities to apply for site-based T-Care implementations, including training and post-training coaching.

This webinar will:
1. Introduce four trauma-informed skills for engaging youth, families, and colleagues
2. Highlight how these skills are used to promote greater focus and self-regulation
3. Provide an overview for the upcoming project and associated application process
